Questions About Subliminal Recordings
Posted on September 1st, 2009 by Customer Service

How do I use the subliminal recordings? How long should I listen to them? When should I expect to begin seeing results?

Our subliminal message recordings work by replacing old subconcious beliefs and ideas with positive affirmations. The affirmations are presented below the threshold of the conscious mind and are therefore not 'filtered out' or counteracted by the conscious mind. You may occasionally hear what sounds like whispering or very low volume voices in the recordings. This is perfectly normal. It is our belief that the affirmations must be loud enough to be perceived to be effective.

Subliminal technology does not effect everyone equally. Some individuals are more susceptible to subliminal messages than others. If you have a strong desire to make a change in your life, and choose a subliminal program that is in alignment with that goal, then the effects will generally be more profound and will begin to take place more quickly.

We recommend listening to subliminal recordings at least 1 hour per day for 30 days or longer. We have produced three distinct verions of our subliminals to allow you to choose how you wish to listen to them. Listening to a combination of the three methods will produce the fastest results.

Our ambient music version is meant to be listened to anytime and anywhere. The binaural version is very powerful and meant to be listened to with headphones in a quiet environment where you will not be disturbed. Additionally, our sleep aid/rain versions are designed to be listened to at night while you are sleeping. Simply put your playback device into 'loop' mode to listen to the recording the entire night. This will speed up the changes you desire to experience.

Depending on which version(s) of our subliminal technology you choose, you can expect to begin feeling results in just a few days (for highly receptive people) or after about 2 weeks of continuous use for others. You should definitely begin to experience the desired changes after 30 days of daily listening. If not, then you may not be susceptible to subliminal technology and might want to consider using a hypnotherapy product which interacts with both your conscious and subconsious mind.

Questions about Meditation Audio
Posted on September 1st, 2009 by Customer Service

How long should I listen to the meditation recordings? What should I expect? Are there any side effects? Why not just meditate?

Our Meditation Assistance recordings are very powerful and are produced using a variety of techniques. Our shortest recordings are around 20 minutes in length, while the longest recordings are approximately 60 minutes. If you are new to meditation or have never meditated before, then we recommend starting with a 20 or 30 minute meditation program. You can meditate daily, a couple of times per week, or whenever you feel like it. You will experience the most benefit by meditating once per day at approximately the same time.

Our deep meditation programs are not recommended for beginners. These recordings are designed to induce very deep meditative states and will create brainwave patterns that most people will never experience in their lives. These extremely deep mind states may cause fatigue, confusion, and headaches in individuals who have never meditated before. They may also create after-effect states of euphoria and extreme pleasure as the brain increases production of certain chemicals during the meditation process.

Without getting overly technical, our entrainment technology will guide your brainwave patterns into certain states that are similar (often much deeper) than those acheived by life long meditators. Additionally, our technology synchonizes the two hemispheres of the brain unleashing a long list of positive benefits. Traditional meditation is extremely benefitial and has been the subject of many studies around the world. However, most people do not have the time or discipline to dedicate years of daily meditation to reach the point where they can create the brainwave patterns that our recordings can provide from the very first listening. There have been numerous studies on the subject of brainwave entrainment and how it effects mood, memory, feelings, concentration, intelligence, stress, relationships, psychic ability, depression, sleep patterns, coordination, etc. We are not doctors, but our studies and research have found that the benefits associated with entrainment technology are generally positive in nature. A potentially negative side effect that might be experience by certain individuals is a post medidation headache. The meditation assistance recordings may increase bloodflow to the brain and it is highly recommended that you drink a full glass of water before meditating to prevent the chance of experiencing a post meditative headache. It is generally caused by slight dehydration.

Questions about Hypnotherapy Audio
Posted on September 20th, 2009 by Customer Service

How do I use your hypnotherapy recordings? Are they effective? Can I contact the hypnotherapist for personal help?

We produce some of the best hypnotherapy recordings available today and feel that they are extremely effective. Hypnotherapy speaks to both the conscious and subconsious mind and uses relaxation to create a receptive mindstate as the session proceeds. We generally sell hypnotherapy sessions in standard and brainwave entrainment versions. The entrainment versions allow us to guide the listeners mind into a highly receptive state and induce super relaxation during the session. We also employ a number of different studio effects to enhance the effectiveness of the vocal hypnotherapy scripts.

Some of our hypnotherapist partners do not sell retail versions of their products, while others create products that can help millions of people. Some of our partners accept new patients and provide in person, phone, and/or internet sessions. If you are interested in a personal session with one of our parnters, then please send us an email with your contact information and we will notify the therapist of your interest.

Questions about Brainwave Entrainment
Posted on September 20th, 2009 by Customer Service

What is brainwave entrainment?

Brainwave entrainment, also known as "brainwave synchronization", is a natural phenomenon where  the human brain has a tendency to synchronize its dominant EEG frequency with the frequency of an external frequency that it receives.

When your brain is given a certain stimulus, through your ears, eyes or other senses, it gives off an electrical charge as a response, called a Cortical Evoked Response. These electrical responses travel throughout the brain to become what you "see and hear". In other words... what you experience.
